Booking Policy

A government issued valid ID proof will required.

Deposit Policy

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the client’s acceptance of these Standard Terms and Conditions.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance payment of the full rental tariff must be received 14 days prior to occupancy. If not paid in full, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and to re-let the cottage.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or early departure incur forfeiture of all monies paid unless the Cottage is re-let for the entire period booked. If re-let, a $75 Cancellation Fee will apply and be retained from refund monies.

No Show Policy

NoShows incur forfeiture of all monies paid, unless negotiated otherwise and conversion to a Cancellation Policy agreed with management.

Not suitable for children (2-12 years)
