Getting There : Head south down York Street towards Princess Royal Harbour. Turn left (east) into Proudlove Parade immediately after the Stirling Terrace/York Street round-a-bout. Head east to the salmon pink double story Foreshore Apartment complex at the end of the road. Free parking is in front of the complex.

The apartment is upstairs (with balcony on the left) and accessed via stairs between the north and south wings of the Foreshore complex.

Transport services to, from and within Albany include Albany Regional Airport (11km away), daily bus service to and from Perth (bus port is 50m away), hire cars, taxi and bus services.

Booking Policy

A government issued valid ID proof will required.

Deposit Policy

- Deposit of 20% of full rental tariff is payable to secure a booking.
- Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the guest acceptance of Standard Terms and Conditions.
- Balance payment of 80% of full rental tariff is payable by COB 14 days prior to arrival date. If not paid in full, the owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and to re-let the cottage.

Cancellation Policy

- Full refund (less $95 admin fee) for all cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival.
- Refund (less $95 admin fee) for days rebooked and at the same rate rebooked by other guests if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

No Show Policy

No Show incurs forfeiture of all monies paid, unless negotiated otherwise and conversion to a Cancellation Policy agreed with management.

Child Policy

The maximum number of total guests for the apartment is 2. Children cannot be accommodated at the apartment, though babies up to 1yo will be considered upon request. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
